Broadway Gardens 21st Annual Arts n Craft Show 2008

Greetings and good wishes for 2008!!

We are excited about a new year and a new craft show season. We had a great show last year and we plan to make the 2008 Craft Show even better. We look forward to seeing you all in November.

 

This does remain a juried show. You are required, regardless of how many years you have participated in the show, to send pictures of your craft. If you fail to submit pictures, your applications will not be considered. Remember that these pictures are the sole thing that we judge the applications on, please make them the best quality that you can. In other words, if we can’t judge the quality of your product through your pictures, you won’t be accepted into the show. Also, for those of you who sell food products please follow the procedures of the previous year. The Public Health Department will come and visit you the weekend of the show, so please be prepared. You must fill out the forms and follow their guidelines if you wish to participate in the show. You may download the public health form here and submit it with your Application Form. We will then forward this information to the health Department. If you send an application for food products back without this form filled out, it will be returned to you without being included for participation.

 

Please remember that all vendors need to have a back drop for their display. This is very important for the look of the show and in fairness to all vendors around you. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

 

We are making a few modifications to the floor layout this year. We are adding several more 10x10 spaces, please feel free to apply for the larger spaces. We also have two spaces that are 14ft x 4ft and one that is 20x4ft that will be the same cost as a 10x6. Please write this in on the application if you are interested in these spots. This also means that some of the spots won’t be available this year. We will do our best to accommodate your placement requests, but please know that we want to make the show new and exciting for both you the vendors and the returning customers

Please remember that we are extremely busy here in the spring and may not get a chance to return your call immediately. We will try our best to return your call as quickly as possible. Friday, Nov. 21st, 2008 10am - 8pm
Saturday, Nov. 22nd, 2008 10am - 5pm


Application Deadline: June 1st., 2008
Juror's Decisions: July 8th., 2008
Set-up Date: Wednesday, Nov. 19th., 2008
